SHIPPING POLICY. We ship worldwide from United States (from multiple warehouses). It takes 1-3 business days to process your order (send a request to the shipping center, pack and ship out the package). After you received tracking details for your order, give us up to 5 business days to deliver the package (for US orders ONLY). WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA. For international orders, delivery time frame as well as shipping costs may vary depending on your location (to check details you need to add items to cart and shipping address at the checkout page).

RETURN POLICY. You can return the item(s) within 30 days after the package was delivered according to tracking information. Please, note, that only unopened and unused items can be accepted for return. We cover return shipping costs for ALL orders placed within the continental US. For international orders, we cover return shipping costs ONLY if mistake was made on our end (item not as described, damaged item, missing parts). To start a return process, you just need to contact us using this link, fill in the form. Please, don't forget to mention your order ID (can be found in order confirmation email or within your account on our website). Further instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours (usually it takes up to 12 hours). We usually send a refund within 3 business days after receiving the item back.
